The basics

Using Strands91 means you're OK with these terms. If not, that's fine - just don't use the site.

What you can do

Play puzzles, save your progress locally, share your scores. It's free. What you can't do: run bots or scrapers against the site, or bulk-copy puzzles.

Play fair

Don't hammer the API, don't try to reverse-engineer puzzle data, and don't automate anything beyond normal play. We'll block requests that look like scraping.

Who owns what

The puzzles, code, design, and Strands91 brand belong to AppsYogi. You can't reuse or redistribute any of it without written permission. Sharing your own game results is totally fine.

No guarantees

Strands91 is provided as-is. We try to keep things running smoothly, but we can't promise 100% uptime or a bug-free experience.

Liability

AppsYogi isn't on the hook for indirect or incidental damages from using the site. If something breaks, we'll do our best to fix it, but that's the extent of it.

Updates

We might tweak these terms occasionally. If we do, the changes take effect once they're posted. Keeping on using the site after an update means you accept the new version.

Embed rules

We offer a free embed widget so you can put Strands91 on your own site or blog. If you use it, here's what we ask:

Keep the "Powered by Strands91" link visible and clickable. It needs to point to strands91.com.
Don't change, hide, or strip out any branding or visual elements from the widget.
Use the widget on lawful, non-commercial sites only. Don't put it on pages with illegal or misleading content.
We can pull embed access anytime if these rules aren't followed.

Hiding or removing the attribution link breaks these Terms and will likely get your embed access revoked.
